So Grand Turks didn’t have a whole lot to do, I mean the island is only a few miles long! But it was a fun beach day! We brought out snorkel gear too, and the boys had a fun time discovering things under the sea! They found a cannon and an anchor! We also found a TON of conch shells, I have never seen so many on the beach (actually I’ve never even found ONE!)
Days at sea had lots for the kids to do as well. They loved the water park (well, c didn’t like it anymore after he busted his chin there), the life size chess and checkers, foosball, mini golf! They also loved Camp Carnival (aka kids club) and were there every change they got…dinner and all! The Camp Carnival had lots of organized activities, like arts and crafts, educational activities too! It was great!
I love cruising and this was the first time with the kids on board. I would def do another family vacation this way! We are hoping for another trip in about 3years for my parents 40yr wedding anniversary. The kids will be older, and they will ALL be able to enjoy the fun stuff. K couldn’t go to Camp Carnival, and being on two naps a day still; I spent most of my Days at Sea in the room while she napped! (But I was okay with that too…peace and quiet..now THAT’s a VACATION!)
