This is our 2nd Culture Swap, I was a bit late getting our boxes out, but they have been mailed, and we are anxiously awaiting out goodies!
Here is what we sent from Hawaii – ALOHA!
A Hawaiian Shirt notepad (yes they wear those here, they are considered dress casual). Some Hawaii pencils and key chains, Macadamia Nut Hershey Kisses, a few postcards, a shell lei, a piece of corral and a lava rock. I also sent via email some 3 part Hawaii state fact cards and 4 part Hawaiian food cards. I mean to send a little note too, but I always forget to add that in! I hope our swap group has a good time learning about Hawaii! We may be part of the United States here, but it’s a WHOLE NEW WORLD!
