I won this DVD from a giveaway on the Enchanted Homeschooling Mom's Blog (may be the only thing I have ever won in my life! haha). It came at a really great time too! Q and I had just decided to fill our non-karate nights with some Yoga...and C was really interested in participating as well. So when I told him we were getting a Yoga for KIDS DVD, he was so stoked!
My kids LOVE this DVD, they ask to do YOGA every day! It has several different sessions, and they are made fun for kids, like imitating animals, making animal sounds, playing Yoga Freeze!
So I wanted to thank Enchanted Homeschooling Mom for this awesome DVD, and let others know about it!
