To go with my word for 2015 (Health), I’ve decided to link up to Weight Loss Wednesday. As a way to keep myself accountable and to maybe help motivate others!
I don’t want to make this so much about weight loss though. For me it’s not about that, it’s about being HEATHY!
My goals are:
1. Watch what I eat – cut out the junk, eat healthy! Have 3 small meals during the day.
2. Detox – I’m doing a 10 day digestion detox currently. This will be followed up with probiotics. This detox is from dOTERRA. {GX Assist Soft Gel (35040001) and GX Assist Soft Gel (35040001)}
3. Exercise – I am SOOOO out of shape. It’s bad! I want to make it to the gym 2 nights a week (or more if possible), and work out at home my other days. I’m focusing at this point mostly on cardio. I would like to tone, but that’s not my priority right now.
My plan:
1. I plan to start my day with a dOTERRA protein shake, small snack before lunch (yogurt), small healthy lunch with fruits, small afternoon snack (nuts), and a small dinner. {Chocolate Trim Shake (35200001) and Vanilla Trim Shake (35180001)}
2. I will be taking a probiotic following my cleanse, drinking two water bottles of water a day (min.) with lemon or lime EO and taking a Slim N’ Sassy EO supplement. {Slim & Sassy Softgels (34270001)}
3. Attending Deep H20 exercise class on Monday and Friday evening. Tuesday’s doing Family Fitness with the kids and other evenings biking on a stationary bike (I just bought used online and will receive on Saturday) while watching a TV show for about 40-45min. Friends is on Netflix!! Woot! Woot!
My Ultimate Goal is to build healthy habits!

Attending H20 class on Monday 1/5
Eating better, no binge junk food…though I have had a cookie or two since Saturday. I’m eating better and am not having that lunch time crash I’ve been noticing! Yeah!
