Field Trip #130 Friday Blog Hop–Pick Your Own Strawberries and Martin’s Grocery Store
Field Trip Friday! Blog Hop designed to share 'FIELD TRIP' related Blog Posts
(does not have to be a 'home school field trip', can be any trip to any place with your children!)
Please stop by and visit my co-host’s blog and give them a shout out! Lisa @ Our 4 Kiddos
Martin’s Grocery is the local place we shop. I love it mostly because it has a daycare for the kids…can we say SHOP IN PEACE??? But it also has really great prices (or maybe I’m still having reverse sticker shop after living in Hawaii for 3yrs). They have a wide variety of items, especially if you are into organic, natural, and specialty products like Gluten Free.
This field trip was a scheduled tour with our local homeschool Facebook group, and they talked about nutrition.
Then Grandma came to visit for some Pick Your Own Strawberries at Larriland Farm on Woodbine Rd. They were so yummy! We made up several batches of strawberry jam as well as lots to eat fresh! They have a wide variety of pick your own produce all year long!
