Field Trip Friday!
(does not have to be a 'home school field trip', can be any trip to any place with your children!)
In lieu of Chinese New Year, and because C takes Chinese classes, we headed to Chinatown for a special presentation by Hawaii National Bank and a little wandering. We are part of a really great Homeschooling Group here on Oahu; this trip was set up by a member of the group.
We had a New Year’s party in Chinese class this year, and hope to go to the Lion Dance at the Town Center as well.
One of the many things I love about Hawaii; it’s so rich in culture!
