Day 3 is about Homeschool Extras! How about some Music and Bible/Character studies.
These are products we use at home! Maestros Classics is great! We loved it so much after we reviewed it that we bought the entire set…which gave me doubles of 2 of the CDs…which I am happy to pass along to one of you!!
I also have these great printables to go along with them!
For Mike Mulligan and For Sorcerer’s Apprentice
We Choose Virtues is another great program. These cards are gently used (we reviewed the KJV after having these NiV and decided to keep KJV). I want to pass the NiV on to one of you! The are in excellent condition and still have lots of use left in them!

I would love to win this giveaway!!!! Yes, we do Bible study and Music. Right now, my daughter takes piano lessons and practices 15-20 minutes a day for music. We use other FREE resources online to learn about different composers. At one point, we tried Kinderbach and and Children's Music Journey by Adventus, but we can't afford to renew either subscription right now. We try to integrate music into other subjects as well. For example, we use Diana Waring Presents Experience History Through Music - this is a fun set! I haven't ever tried Maestros Classics, but Alyssa enjoyed hearing a sample from a CD at a convention years ago and I thought about purchasing the set when we had the money. Bible study varies each year . . . we were loving and using Bible Study for All Ages. I think this year we may use Apologia's Who is God, but I am not sure if it'll be too advanced for her. We would LOVE, LOVE to try We Choose Virtues to teach character. I have a few of their free items, but the NIV cards would help out a lot. I've had my eye on these products for quite some time now and the NIV version is what we use in our home so this would be a great fit. Alyssa reads and journals from her Bible daily using her Jesus Calling devotion that she got for Easter too. Thank you for the opportunity to win!
ReplyDeleteGreat set of products! I own two out of three!
ReplyDeleteThis year I am using Abeka Bible, but last year I used The Dig for Kids and Long Story Short.
ReplyDeleteAnd I really want to add Music this year and have been looking into a couple things, so I would love to win! Thanks for the post.
Music and Bible are both built into our curriculum. We use My Father's World.
ReplyDeleteMy boys do music at co-op. I have yet to find the "right" bible curriculum though.
ReplyDeleteI teach music classes at our co-op and would love these CDs!
