We ate all of the last fruit pops I made (my kids preferred them over any store bought ones we had on hand) and my Visiting Teacher brought me 3 more papayas! So I blended up 2 for baby food, and threw in some more yummy goodness with the third for some more pops!
To the papaya I added some frozen strawberry, some mango, some Greek yogurt and a splash of apple juice. I put them in the pop molds with a few frozen blueberries and TA-DA!
(sorry no measurements, none needed, it’s very user friendly!)

I wanted to use up the last of the frozen strawberries (they were starting to get freezer burn), and I had some half and half left from the Coffee Can Ice Cream and my vita-mixer, so I thought I’d give ice cream a try!
I put 2 cups of half & half in the blender with 1/2 cup of sugar. Then I added a bunch of frozen strawberries (note: they have to be frozen, this is what thickens the cream). Then I blended them up! I kept adding frozen strawberries until I got the consistency I wanted. (note: You really need the Vitamix Accelerator/Tamper Toolfor this)
Sounds yummy:) i make fruit smoothies for my kids using yogurt:) Thanks for linking up to the NOBH
