Lisa @ Our 4 Kiddos Carroll County Historical Society has Saturday Classes for young children which we will start this month! This was a scheduled tour. I’ll admit it was slightly dry for the younger kids, it needed to be a bit more interactive. I have, however; heard great things about the classes and am looking forward to them! They are for ages 4-7. 
The baby birds were in a wreath on the front door of the gift shop! The gift shop had some nice books for younger kids. My son got the first in a historical fiction mystery series which takes places at Gettysburg. I also got a picture book about Betty Ross for the younger kids! Making Pizza is always a popular trip! Kids had to be 5yo to go in the back. They got a tour and then made their own pizzas!
