Week 48 in Review

I’m not quite sure where this week went!  I just realized this morning that I missed a class at the Library for the kids on Thursday (oops!).

Sunday night we went down to my parent’s house (just the kids and I) to meet up with my best friend who was in town.  It’s been 5 years since I saw her last!  We hung out Sunday and then Monday as well.  We planned to hang at the park with my kiddos, but it was raining.  So we headed to an indoor bounce house.  The place required socks, we didn’t have any…so I bought some from them…and not paying attention to the price, socks and entrance fee…there went $50!

We did that for a bit, then since it was POURING I asked her to stay in the car with the kiddos while I ran in the AT&T store to activate a phone for hubby…an hour later… (I kid you not!) I was done and dropper her off LATE for a lunch date with her mom! (oops!)

By then it had stopped raining, so we went ahead and stopped for lunch at Mcd’s before heading home.  As we were leaving I discovered I now was in possession of 2 pairs of pink crocs in different sizes, somewhere I guess we snagged someone's.  I’m pretty sure it was the bounce house, I posted on their Facebook page, but have not heard anything back.   About 2 and a half hours later…we were home.

That was Monday! 

Tuesday was a lax day, a little bit of school….swim practice in the evening.  Hubby left town that morning.

Wednesday swim practice in the morning, another lax day.  I had a woman’s night Luau for church. Hubby got home 4am (Thursday!).

Thursday…well hubby was home, and that just throws our day off.  Not much of anything got done.

Friday- Swim fun day in the morning, and Z got in the pool for the first time in 2 weeks (besides swim meets).  I participated in a parent/coach relay…was fun to race again!

Then Hubby and the older 3 went rafting/tubing on the Potomac out by Harper’s Ferry with some friends.

Saturday – Swim meet…. thunder storms so far…hopefully weather is better where they are.  I stayed home with the little two!
