We had a double field trip day!!
We spent the morning at Homeschool Jump at Stratosphere Trampoline Park in Eldersburg, MD. They recently expanded their Preschool Jump Program to include Homeschoolers too! So Wednesday and Thursday each week from 930-1100 you can jump at a discounted rate. It was our first time to be able to make it and it was so fun! Even with a discount, it was $35 for my family of 5….so it won’t be an all the time thing, but we definitely will come back! Just make sure you bring socks, otherwise you can buy them for $2 each….(yeah we didn’t have socks).
The afternoon we attended our 2nd class at the Robinson Nature Center in Columbia, MD. This class was about Comets and Asteroids. The kids had a great time. They younger ones did a moon craft, then went outside and made craters in bins of flour! The older one made a yummy asteroid snack among other things. I spend most of the time chasing around baby K, so I only got a few pics. They did have a nice parents lounge set up this time, with toys and activities for the younger siblings, which was so nice!
