Weekly Workboxes–Week 31 (Flowers)
I know there are several weeks missing, and I’ll try to back track and do those weeks, I think week 25 (birds) is where we left off, before the morning sickness kicked in. I am finally getting some energy back, and as we try to finish out the year with my 1st grader, and write my preschool curriculum for next year, I’d like to get back into the workboxes for my younger two. So here we go!
These are designed for my 2.5yo and my 4yo – so some activities are easier, some are harder…they do what they can.
Printables for this weeks activities were taken from
2 Teaching Mommies Flower Unit and Mama’s Monkeys April Showers Unit, unless otherwise indicated.
Flower arranging – fake flowers and a tall container with holes poked in the lid
Hawaiian flowers 3 part cards matching (we also used them for a scavenger hunt, come back for Field Trip Friday to find out more).
Counting clip cards
Magnet page (one to one correspondence)
Glass beads (one to one correspondence)
How many petals? Roll dice, place scented cloth petals on flower

Those are all great projects. My 2.5 yo loves dot markers, too.
