Sorting the state cards and postcards
Montana is part of the bread basket, and wheat is one of Montana’s leading crops! So we examined some wheat, grinded it up and made some bread!
My tried and true wheat bread recipe for a bread maker:
1 1/8 cup of warm water
1/4 cup honey
2 T melted butter
2 cups whole wheat flower
1 cup bread flower
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp yeast
Set to regular/med setting ~3hrs
