Brigadeiros - YUMMY!

So to go with our Brazil Unit we finally got around to making some Brigadeiros, we made them for family  night, and boy were they YUM!!

They were really sweet, and we ate them all....but they were so good!  I made a truffle last christmas that was good, but these were WAY better, and more gooey!

Recipe:
2T margarine
1 can (14oz) sweetened, condensed milk
2T baking cocoa
chocolate sprinkles
Directions:
Mix the margarine, condensed milk, and the cocoa together.  Cook over low heat, stirring continuously until thick.  Remove from the heat and cool completely.  Grease your hands with margarine and roll the cholcolate into small balls.  Roll the ball in the chocolate sprinkles.
